The Cyrano lab
The world is changing faster than ever.
Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way we work, learn, and create. Information is becoming more accessible, routine tasks are becoming automated, and competition is no longer limited by geography.
Today's students, professionals, and organizations are competing in an increasingly demanding Lebanese, regional, and global marketplace.
Yet while technical knowledge continues to evolve, many people still struggle with the skills that drive professional success:
These are the skills that help people stand out in interviews, lead teams, present ideas, build relationships, and navigate change.
Unfortunately, they are often taught through lectures and theory rather than practice and sometimes not even taught at all.
The Cyrano lab
The Cyrano Lab was created to modernize the way human skills are developed.
Drawing inspiration from theatre, our programs place participants in real situations through role play and other theatre techniques, where they can experiment, reflect, receive feedback, and grow.
Our mentors are experienced professionals who have spent years applying these skills in business, education, leadership, communication, and creative industries.
They don't simply teach concepts....they share lessons learned from real-world experience.
Before launching The Cyrano Lab, we piloted our methodology through a public speaking program by Najjar Performing Arts Academy.
The success of this pilot confirmed the growing demand for a more practical, engaging, and human-centered approach to learning.
In its first year alone, the program brought together the following results:
Whether working with university students, professionals, or organizations, our mission remains the same:
To help people develop the human skills through theatre-based learning.
Because the most important performances of life don't happen on a stage.
They happen in interviews, meetings, presentations, classrooms, and leadership moments.
And those moments shape careers, organizations, and futures.
